Error: Cannot configure port ESP32-S3

Hi guys,

I am new to this. I just received the following board: https://www.waveshare.com/esp32-s3-touch-lcd-1.69.htm

I tried uploading a simple program to it to test it out as per the screenshot.

I am getting a port error and not sure what is causing it. Tried USB to Type-C cable and Type-C to Type-C cable as well.

Any ideas how to fix it?

Don't use screenshots to post code and logs.
Make sure your cables are data cable..
