I'm also a beginner, but this problem occurred to me too. I fixed it with trying a different board?
Maybe try removing the connections to the board pins?
I already fixed the problem by switching to the Arduino uno board in my Arduino program. I uploaded it to the Unknown, gave me the same error as yours. By changing it to the Arduino Uno it uploaded again
