Error: we were not able to upload the template sketch

Subject: Issue Uploading Template Sketch on Arduino Uno R4 WiFi

Hello Support,

I am new to Arduino. Last week, I purchased the Arduino Uno R4 WiFi and was following the setup guide. However, when I tried to upload the first template sketch, I received an error message stating: "We were not able to upload the template sketch."

I was following this guide: Arduino User Profile.

As far as I know there is no code, just following some instruction.

EDIT: the link report an official documentation where the log-in is mandatory. Let me check if I can download something.

Well, given that I am a new user, I cannot upload nothing, what I am doing is the first connection about my motherboard and trying to add the first template.
