Error while uploading on an Arduino Micro

I received my arduino yesterday and since I started using it I can't upload anything without this error. I'm a bit shocked because my Arduino Uno rev3 doesn't make any problems...

The ON blue LED is on, and the green one the other side "blinks". TX and RX seems to be good. But while uploading the green LED shuts and the arduino disconnects.
I tried with the basic sketch with nothing in it but it's the same problem. (And sometimes after the error IDE says " uploading done ", but there's still just the blue LED)

I've tried 8 different cables but nothing helps, even on the forum i found nothing.

The only thing i've noticed on the board is an orange thing on the reset button like rust.

I'm using Arduino IDE 2.0 and Win10

It's not an error. It's normal (and annoying in my opinion) behaviour. At the right bottom you have two notifications; if you click on the bell you can see if the upload succeeded or not.
