Esp Rainmaker IOS APP problem

Dear Srs,

I'm using the software to read a temperature and humidity in the Rainmaker app and everithing works if I use an Android.
But if I change for IOS I get the following:

and in the serial monitor I get this:

Can someone help me to understand it?

I already have the solution to this problem and I share it here: in reality the solution was to update the APP in the Apple store
