Greetings, will it not cause an issue if I power up ESP32 CAM through it's ESP32-CAM-MB MICRO USB Download Module, and this module connected to a 9v battery through the connector in this photo:
Welcome to the forum
As your question does not relate to the Nano ESP32 board it has been moved to a different category of the forum
I don't know which device you intend to plug the lead into, but a micro USB connection is not usually designed to work with 9V so be careful
I'm sorry for the inaccuracy, which category should I select?
It's ESP32 CAM with It's USB module here is a photo:
I have already moved it to the Microcontrollers category
What does the specification for the USB module say about the supply voltage ?
I would be surprised if a PP3 battery can provide enough current to reliably run an ESP32CAM.
Operating voltage 4.75-5.25V, so it will cause a burn, I may use a voltage regulator but not sure it's a good idea.
Any recommendations to supply power to esp32 cam and keep it as compact as possible.
