esp32 CAM wifi/bluetooth module HELP

Im very frustrated. I bought an Esp32 Camera module from amazon. I'm trying to program the Esp through an arduino nano, since I dont have a FTDI adapter for the camera. My current connection is as follows:
Arduino GRN -> Arduino RST

Arduino 5v -> esp Vcc

Arduino GRN -> esp GRN

Arduino RX -> esp U0T

Arduino TX -> esp U0R

esp DOI -> esp GRN

Here is the code Im using:

#include "esp_camera.h"
#include <WiFi.h>
#include "esp_timer.h"
#include "img_converters.h"
#include "Arduino.h"
#include "fb_gfx.h"
#include "soc/soc.h" //disable brownout problems
#include "soc/rtc_cntl_reg.h"  //disable brownout problems
#include "esp_http_server.h"

//Replace with your network credentials
const char* ssid = "REPLACE_WITH_YOUR_SSID";
const char* password = "REPLACE_WITH_YOUR_PASSWORD";

Here is the module I purchased: Amazon.com

I have tried so many things and I cant get this god forsaken thing to program.. The only videos out there on it use the FTDI module and/or they arnt helpful. Any ideas?
I'm trying to get the bluetooth to work so I can use it as a wireless webcam.

EDIT: I also keep getting this error when I try to upload it:
"A fatal error occurred: Failed to connect to ESP32: Timed out waiting for packet header"

Arduino TX -> esp U0R

isn't the ESP expecting 3.3V Rx ?

what's the code on the Nano ?

buying an FTDI module from Amazon (or cheaper from Far East if you can wait) would probably be the easiest way out...

A USB-TTL cable is a very useful thing to have.

I thought ESP pins were not 5V tolerant.

So I managed to get it to work (Kinda). First problem was connections. The RX and TX pins had to go to the I0R and I0T respectively, unlike with other modules where its reversed. Also, I had to connect 5v to the 5v pin, instead of the Vcc pin. Then I had to press the restart button once, before I started the upload. Its hard because theres no physical feedback from the esp32 camera. The LED is off unless you press the restart button, so theres no way to know if its in programming mode or not.

But now my issue is that durring the stream, I get these horizontal lines that go across the picture. Other forums suggest that this is a power issue, but I am powering it with 5v through from the arduino which is the recommended voltage for it (Since it has an onboard voltage regulator). Perhaps my current is too low.

Also, I dont know how to get the bluetooth to work and connect it to a phone or computer that way. The only code I can find anywhere is setting up a Stream Server over wifi, since people commonly use this module as a security device. Any Ideas?

Btw, Thanks to all those that replied already, they definitely helped me out. I went ahead and bought a FDTI on amazon yesterday just to make this process easier in the future, but Im glad I figured out how to get it to program through the arduino.
