Can you connect the esp32cam to an arduino mega? if so how? and how much power does it need?

Do you mean connecting the camera module directly to the Arduino Mega 2560 R3? Or do you connecting the Mega to an ESP32 with a camera? I think either is possible. Connecting the camera directly you will need 1.2V and 2.8V power supplies. If you run your Mega at 5V you will probably need a bunch of level shifters.
