Hi wondering if someone could help please? I’ve just purchased 2x esp32 vroom boards with WiFi and usb c and when I connect it to the pc using usb cable it flashes blue a few times and then no light at all and oc isn’t picking it up. I powered it up using 5v power supply and the same thing happens with that it just flashes blue twice and then nothing. I got 2 boards so tried the other one and same thing happens with that so I’ve either bought 2 dodgy boards or I’m doing something wrong.

I have the power connected to v5 and ground connected to gnd as shown in picture so not sure what’s going off.

And what should it do? Mine flashes once.

My other boards stay a solid red so I know it’s powered this just flashed and then no lights at all. Pc isn’t picking anything up

I have some boards with solid red as well.
LEDs can be different on different boards.
PC is making sound when connected? Using data cable obviously...

Ps. Are you sure LEDs and multiplexing is good category for your problem?
