ESP8266 breakout. Small. Simple to make.

Here is a simple to make, low form factor ESP 8266 (ESP12E) Breakout which is both breadboard and solderboard friendly (0.1" pitch).
There are stacks of ESP breakouts around, but most are huge and leave few pins spaces around them on a breadboard for further connections or take up acres of a solder board.
I’m a fan of the Adafruit Huzzah, and use their design for interfacing the ESP8266 to 5 volt stuff, but sometimes it is all just too big.
