I am trying to connect a ESP8266 ESP-01S to a Arduino Mega 2560. I want to use it in combination with Blynk. I use a adapter to get from the standart 5v output to a 3.3v for the esp. When I try to connect to the Blynk.cloud servers it just outputs in the serial monitor:

Not quite, but one of the things wrong is visible to me.
For the method you want to use, you need to cross the TX & RX lines. The pin marked TX on the pcb holding the ESP should connect to an RX pin on the Mega and same for RX on the pcb being connected to Mega TX.
That will probably fix it, but otherwise you will need to provide the complete code that you have on the Mega
