can any one tell me , is there any board with ESP8266 and relay connected as input (2 realy) one temperatur, 2 realy connected as output?
I do not want to design complete PCB for this..

I've moved your topic to a more suitable location on the forum because your question does not indicate an Arduino MKR 1500NB.
I do not know the answer to your question but I suspect that you will battle to find such a board where relais are used as inputs; relay outputs probably yes.
