Hi,

newbie here.
i just want to know if Mq4 gas sensor can really detect ethylene gas? if not, what sensor can i use?
the reason why i post this because i'm planning to make a project that can detect the ripeness of fruits.

A cheap sensor like that won't be very accurate, will be confused by other gases, and it would also have to be calibrated against a known standard. There are commercial ethylene gas detectors that do the job properly.
