Excellent Data Logging Option - Thingspeak to ThingShow with GUI capability

This applies specifically to android devices. Members will be no doubt aware of the capability of Arduino / ESP to post data to ThingSpeak and amongst other things display this data on graphs etc on your browser.
MATLAB analysis features within ThingSpeak can then if required do a lot more with that data.
The graphing features of ThingSpeak are relatively basic and required you to load program up within your browser and keep it running to monitor field points.

On Android Google Play there is an App 'ThingShow' which is a 'ThingSpeak Visualizer' which will run on your Android device and even has the capability configure Widgets on your Android.

Today the developer has released a YouTube showing all of it's features

The App has superior charting capability over native ThingSpeak and even allows notifications onto your mobile phone when say 'Boiler Temperature > 45C'.
From a Data Logger perspective data can be displayed from seconds to days all with ZOOM capability.

The App is a free download but for less than $2 you can get rid of ads and you can even use that old smart phone with ThingShow as a GUI device complete with basic gauges and coloured indicators.

Do yourself a favour & check it out, Enjoy

That's really cool. Do you know if there is something similar for IOS? Would be nice to have.

Well, you know what they say, "Once you go mac, you never go back".
If I ever buy an android, I'll keep this post in mind.
