Hello,
I am seeing the following error:

exec: "{runtime.tools.ctags.path}/ctags": file does not exist
Compilation error: exec: "{runtime.tools.ctags.path}/ctags": file does not exist

I have installed Arduino IDE 2.3.0 and unfortunately forced to use windows. Windows 10.

I also get

arduino:avr-gcc@7.3.0-atmel3.6.1-arduino7
Failed to install platform: 'arduino:avr:1.8.6'.
Error: 2 UNKNOWN: stream error: stream ID 1; NO_ERROR; received from peer

How do I dig further into this?
