Failed to get power on

Hi,

I connected Elegoo Smart Robot Car kit as given in the manual. The lights in the board are blinked when USB cable is connected. I uploaded AUTO_GO program. Checked the batteries, the charger indicates blue (it charged). But unfortunately, it does not make any movement when I switch it on. Double checked the wiring, everything is as in the manual.
Can someone guide me what could cause to this issue.

We don't have any idea about the manual. Please provide a link.

Also, post YOUR code; copy and paste errors are easily made.
