Hello, I have a problem with an arduino mega I just bought, the install using windows 7, but when I upload a sketch sent me the following error:

The power LED is green and the "L" in orange static
And select the appropriate port, the AVRISP mkII programmer is.
The first sketch upload it was the "blink", then try another using SPI and also worked, but when I went back to connect sent me the aforementioned error.
