Flexiforce ESS301 with ADS1115

Hi,

I'm using a FlexiForce sensor that you can found here on Sparkfun

I use it in a very basic way with a regular wiring like the one we can find in the quick start guide :

But now I need more accuracy and in the documentation they recommend a circuit :

1402×974 124 KB

I'm not sure how to do that with what I have. If I understand well, the MCP6004 recommended is used as an AMP OP? Is it possible to produce the same behaviour with an ADS1115 ?
