Following a notification shows related topics in the topic

I clicked the notification and it took me to the correct topic but the wrong position.

Thanks for your report @sterretje. I gave it a try on Firefox and was not able to reproduce the fault. Does it occur reliably for you?

What is the specific URL the notification links to?

I could not find the notification back; possibly replaced by a newer one.

Problem now seems to be gone. I will keep an eye on it and post the url when it happens again.

The notification does disappear if the subject post is deleted, but I don't see any deleted posts in the Arduino Nano communications topic in question.

Great! Let's hope it was a one-off quirk.

I did look there; there only seems to be one entry for the specific topic.

It happened again (different topic). The link is Help , I do something wrong in my sketch - #19 by b707; the notification showed 13 new replies.
If I enter the link directly in the address bar it shows the correct post.

Note:
After entering the link directly a second attempt to follow the link in the notification area was correct. Maybe a caching issue, I will try to clean the cache.
