gas flow sensor , i need suggestions

hi everybody , i hope all of you are good.

i have idea or maybe solution for my project and i want you help.
So i will explain it briefly.

first thing i already search in google but i didn't find something clear.

Briefly i want sensor to measure outgoing value of propane gas (from gas cylinder). like flow rate sensor
but when i search i did not find sensor do this exactly.

i found sensor to measure the liquid like water and fuel .

I wish I could try it , but because the sensor not in my country and will take time until delivered to me. so it's hard to try it . i want to sure first what the Appropriate sensor then i will buy it.

i think it's measuring by round something inside sensor. and the output will be how many round !
so can i use it for my purpose ?

first i calibration the sensor like this >> try it with tank has for example 10 L
i will use the sensor when it is full until become empty !
assume the total output of sensor will be 20 round .
So we will know how many round for one L like that
20/10 = 2 round per liter.

so we can know how many Liter are outgoing from tank .

here the sensor i found in amazon my it good with my project

Sorry if you took your time to read my post and also sorry if there is any spelling Mistakes.

I welcome all your suggestions and thanks in advance.

Gas flow rate sensors have to be calibrated for the operating pressure and temperature, otherwise the measurement is meaningless.

Propane in a tank is almost entirely liquid, so one of the best ways to measure the content of a small tank is by weight. With a large tank, floats are used to measure liquid level.

You need to be careful when working with propane. Make sure that any sensor connected to the line is compatible with propane and also the pressures.

There's a bunch of information on the topic of detecting the propane tank volume here:

It seems to be quite a popular topic lately, or maybe just the same person/group keep starting new threads.
