My students are using the web editor. Every time they login they get the message "No Plugin Connection. Uploading is disabled until you reconnect. Check you Firewall or Antivirus configuration." We install the plugin and it works fine, but the next time they login we get the same message and have to install the plugin again. Why is this happening and how can we fix it??

One PC, individual PCs or multiple PCs connecting to a server?

It does sound like a network restriction / policy.
Does your IT department know about this and did they do the roll out for the plugin ?
They should be your first point of contact for something like this.
