Does the LCD work using the default pins in the library example? There is no reason it should not work using the analog pins, as long as your wiring is correct. Do not use A6 or A7, those will only work as analog inputs. If it works with the digital pins, try replacing the pins with the analog pi…

Have you tried what I suggested? Set the LCD up with the Nano on the digital pins, so that the sketch is working. Change the wiring from one of the digital pins to an analog pin, modify the sketch to use that pin, and upload the sketch to see if it still works. Repeat for one connection at a time…
