Help Changing the Altitude reading of a BMP085 from Meters to Feet

Call me lame… But even with the notes in the sketch I don’t see where the Altitude is calculated in this sketch for the BMP085 Barometric sensor…

Get pressure, altitude, and temperature from the BMP085.

I need help changing the readings of the altitude from meters to feet… Then changing the Temperature from Celsius to Fahrenheit…

1 meter = 3.28084 feet

The formula for converting Celsius to Fahrenheit is F = C * 9/5 + 32

But finding the code and what to replace or change is making my head spin…

THANKS IN ADVANCE!

It's the fourth line of loop.

Just multiply the altitude output by the appropriate amount.......

float temperature = bmp085GetTemperature(bmp085ReadUT()); //MUST be called first
  float pressure = bmp085GetPressure(bmp085ReadUP());
  float atm = pressure / 101325; // "standard atmosphere"
  float altitude = calcAltitude(pressure)*3.28; //Uncompensated caculation - in Meters

Then convert temp to F....

Call me lame.. But even with the notes in the sketch I don't see where the Altitude is calculated in this sketch

OK. You are lame.

  float altitude = calcAltitude(pressure); //Uncompensated caculation - in Meters

Although, to be honest, that is the stupidest set of names in calcAltitude().

Lol. I see it now... Thanks everyone!

KMS? Ill google and check it out when I get home to my laptop..

Cheers

The rest of the world EXCEPT aviation. Altitude is in feet.

Thanks to Everyone! Here is the new code converted to Fahrenheit and Feet if anyone else needs it!

Dear all,
Iam working on ms5803-14ba as depth sensor. I want the altitude feet to 0 feet or 20 feet as i am going to test it out in 20 ft long pvc pipe.
kindly help me out
