Exactly which Arduino do you have ? Your topic title says Arduino R4 WiFi but the page that you linked to is about the Arduino Uno WiFi. They are two completely different boards

So, are you sorted now ? Have you connected whatever board you have (I am guessing the Uno R4 WiFi) to the Internet ?

Make sure your wifi is 2.4Ghz. To ensure connection, the SSID and Password should not be too long or contain special characters. Suggestions: Use your phone to create a simple 2.4Ghz hotspot and use it to connect your board.
