Help Debug Dead Arduino Mega 2560

Sorry, I couldn't figure out where to post this. I am trying to debug a dead project based on the Mega 2560. It's the Megacommand for Elektron Machinedrum.

I sold and shipped it to a guy in Italy. It was working fine when I sent it, but was DOA. So now I am trying to figure how to bring it back to life. There is a green LED on inside when powered up, so I guess it's getting power. The screen on the custom PCB is completely dead. I asked him to reseat everything but it didn't help.

I realize that this is a shot in the dark, but is there anything else I can ask him to try? He has been very cooperative.

I have no real idea what we are talking about here. What PCB ?
this one ?
We will need to see pictures of the thing you sent.

Thank you! We will get you some photos. I only have video

Hi guys i'm the buyer ,here some pics

Well that is just the Mega. Is that the part that is not working ? Could it be that the flash memory accidentally got erased by the mail service ? Did you send it in anti-static wrapping ?
Best approach would be to confirm that the Mega is working by burning the bootloader again, confirm it is working with a 'blink-sketch' and then upload the project's firmware onto it again.

Two lights are on when powered, a green one and orange one

It looks like all the lit LEDs are on the bottom board.

Are there any LEDs alive on the top board, or no sign of life at all?
