Hello can i connect this display on arduino uno???

With great difficulty, considering you have no datasheet for it and it is - or was - part of some proprietary equipment.
We would not even attempt to use it. 
yes i try to reuse old things like lcd and speakers.... etc
i dont know if datasheet is available or not but I will searching
