Hi all I just get the TTL Serial Camera, and I follow the intructions at Using CommTool | TTL Serial Camera | Adafruit Learning System. But I always get the Cmd time out msg, I change the BautRate and the port, but still same msg. If anyone can help will be nice thx. I attach a picture whit the connections, green is 5v, red gnd, orange rx and blue tx.

You appear to have the Arduino's ground connected to the cameras power, and pin 13 connected to the cameras ground.
Typically, green is ground, and red is power. Why are you not following any kind of convention?
Thx for all, to be honest I forget to follow the convention. My problem was that the tx and the rx were inverted. Also I soldered the wires in both faces of the pcb.
