40$-50$ I want to make it wireless as well I am thinking to use bluetooth for the connection if necessary
Even I can spend over it but it's should be something crazy and reliable
Will it be powerful enough to force it's way through the crowd of people? What if it injures a child?
Do a bit more research. There are golf carts and other items that do that.
You probably need to reassess your goals.
This budget won’t let you build a robot with its motors and battery and ability to track someone and move safely in a changing crowded space.
You did not comment on your experience level, I would assume you are a beginner. That’s not a trivial endeavor at all.
I just want to make a demo model with motor and camera with a simple structure not to build a real bog that harms child just a prototype
