hi restart problem wemos d1

is anyone who understands why?

Verify that you 3.3v supply has enough power. The uno and mega 3.3v on board supplies are usually too weak for the ESP8266 wifi chip on the wemos wifi board.

So the wemos does not get it's power from the UNO?

Your code suggests otherwise.
