HM-10 Bluetooth Version upgrade issue

The latest HM-10 BLE devices we get read version HMSoft V004
Both crystals are present.
When we upgrade using CC2541hm10v540.bin firmware, it goes well and gets upgrade. But, no response to AT commands after.
There are no documents on version V004.
