i have a problem: i don't know how to use AD KEYBOARD into a menu(up, down, left, right, select).+ i have a 2004 LCD. Can anyone to help me?

It’s just an R2R resistive ladder - the same as used with the LCD/button modules .
There are a lot of examples for those.
If you check the Keyes product web page, there’s probably a code example there too.
Start by reading the OUT pin using analogRead(). You should get different values depending on which key is pressed. Use the values to control navigation through the menu
