I let the Tinkerkit robot arm run for about 50 minutes and the temperature was 70°c. That's why I wonder how many °C are normal and how hot they can get until they break.

they are SR311 and SR431 servos
Simple, read the data sheet. It will give you a maximum. Above that they will start to destroy themselves. the more over the limit the faster they will become members of fry town.
Servos don't get hot, unless you overload them.
So what are you lifting with that arm.
