How to find my Wokwi files after 2 years?

Hello everyone,

after an absence of 2 years, I'm back to read the different topics with pleasure.
I have a question: I'm trying to find the wokwi simulations I made 2 years ago, but I can't. It seems to me that I didn't register. Wokwi must have known me because I was always using the same machine; that's what Wokwi explains in the FAQ:

If you haven't signed in to Wokwi, use the same device & browser that saved the project and visit Your Projects on Wokwi. If you sign in to Wokwi before saving projects, that same URL will show all projects that you have saved on any device/browser. You can also navigate to your saved projects by clicking on your profile picture and selecting "My Projects" from the menu.

But I've changed my computer! I can find my Wokwi simulations in some of my messages here, in the arduino forum, but how can I find all my simulations in the wokwi site ? please !

I think you have to be signed in.

I'm signed up through google, and I can re-login through the google button:

Thanks DaveX, I tried to sign up with my usual e-mail, but I'm not recognized, Wokwi is trying to offer me a new registration...
I now understand why Wokwi spontaneously found my simulations 2 years ago: he always saw me on the same computer! I was surprised not to have to register or give my e-mail, but now that I've changed computer, Wokwi no longer makes the connection with me...
Is there a way, from my links to Wokwi in my messages from here, to tell Wokwi to find me with my simulations?

Yes, it's one of my simulations! But how do I open 'my projects' in Wokwi, and find the 10 other simulations I've saved there? because Wokwi doesn't seem to know me anymore...

One of the regulars on this forum (I have forgotten who) knows how to use your username to find all the projects you have done (I can't even find my own, unless I am signed-in).

Wokwi knows you... you just do not know yourself. : )

Try to sign-in as PatMax and reset your password.

Do you have a GitHub account?

Have you downloaded any of your simulations?
If you have the file, you can try using that file on the Arduino IDE.

Thanks guys, it's nice of you to help!

Wokwi knows you... you just do not know yourself. : )
Yes, of course! that's why it's so frustrating not to be able to find 'my projects'!

Try to sign-in as PatMax and reset your password.
But I don't have the option of signing up as a PatMax, I can only do it via google, GitHub and e-mail...
is there an option for sign-in as PatMax in Wokwi ?

Do you have a GitHub account?
No, I don't have a GitHub account...

I'm thinking of an alternative: I find my simulation links on the Arduino site one by one (it's feasible), I retrieve my simulations from Wokwi, then I create a new Wokwi account and re-transfer my old simulations one by one to a new 'my projects'.
Oh yes, but these simulations will exist in duplicate in Wokwi. Too bad?

There are hundreds of "simon" re-creations via the "save-as" drop-down.

Can you remember the email being used to create patmax? Check "trash" (I have 2012 email in trash - keeping as an experiment).

The diagram.json file only identifies that as:

{
  "version": 1,
  "author": "Anonymous maker",
  "editor": "wokwi",
  "parts": ...

It may not know more. Perhaps you could ask someone on their Discord channel Wokwi

Or here there's

Thank you all, you've given me a lot to research. I'm going to try what you're telling me, but indeed, DaveX found it, I created my simulations without being registered, Wokwi only knew me as long as I was on the same computer. Thanks again everyone, I'll try what you've told me, and I'll be back tomorrow!

You don't have a problem with IDE 1.x and hence your topic has been moved to a more suitable location on the forum.
