How to make arduino and ESP01 communicate using 315MHz RF module

I have been trying to send data from my esp01 to arduino using 315MHz rf module but it seems to not work . If anyone can help then it would be nice.I have shared code and wiring diagram.

From what I can see it is doing exactly what you told it to do. Please explain what you want it to do. What it is to send and how often, When it received data what to do with it.
