For safely charging LiPo batteries in series, charge balancers are required.
Extra wires lead to the junctions between individual cells, so that the charge state and charging voltage of each cell is individually monitored and controlled.
which configuration best according to you more efficient way 2s or 2p battery config ?

You cannot charge the batteries and power your project with the batteries at the same time.
You will need a 9V-12 supply for the charger

I think will just use the approach of 2p configuration of battery and TP4056 Charging module and boost converter 3.7v to 5v for boosting it..
You cannot put LiPo batteries in parallel. One will discharge into the other possibly releasing toxic fumes, overheating, exploding and catching fire
You can put them in series and charge without a cell balancer, they just won't last as long
Yep … you need a proper charging sequence for lipo’s for safety .
Research that .
Chips are available for pass through charging etc .
