I interfaced arduino with MATLAB. With the help of accelerometer, I am getting the three axis acceleration information. How to know the vibration information using the datas obtained from the same accelerometer.

If you mean how to use Matlab to measure the vibration amplitude and frequency, one place to start would be the Matlab documentation.

This is an Arduino forum, not Matlab!! Shouldn't you be learning how to find these things out yourself?

It is no problem at all to use Matlab for vibration analysis, and it has been done many times.
