I could use some help with my arduino micro sketch and its been a while so could someone refresh my memory on uploading it so i can show what I need help with?

In the IDE use Ctrl+shift+c in the edit window to copy the whole sketch and add code tags automatically then paste the code here
Alternatively use Edit/Copy for forum from the IDE menu and paste it here

The forum guidelines show how to properly post code and some information on making a good post.
Use the IDE autoformat tool (ctrl-t or Tools, Auto format) before posting code in a code block.
