I have Grove - Multichannel Gas Sensor connected to Arduino Uno. I am able to read the concentration of NO2 in ppm. How can I test it? I want the values to go very high. Right now in my room, the reading stays around 0.08 ppm. When I put the sensor in my balcony the reading goes up to 0.15 ppm.

Until you calibrate the sensor, the readings are meaningless!

To get the values to go "very high" you need to find a source of NO2. Check out a chemical lab near you, maybe they have it. If you pay enough you may even get to play with it.
Without calibration your readings are indeed probably only qualitative. I don't think Seeed has been calibrating them for you.
