How to use IPERF Example on ESP32

Hi everybody, I'm newbie. I have read the Wifi Iperf example on ESP-IDF github to test the wifi performance between two esp32

But after using ESP-IDF tool to build project, I don't know how to run IPERF on ESP32 like the turtorial in README file, what should i do ? Thank you
