how to use ov7670 camera to capture image and save to sd card

hello
i have an arduino uno + ov7670 camera(i2c) + sdcard (spi)
i want to capture just picture and store in to sd card ther is a page with appropriate commment about how some codes work and how i2c camera take pictures
