How to wire this up?

I am looking to wire up an ultrasonic sensor. Well the one in the book im reading has 3 pins. 5v,Gnd and Sig. However thoses cost alot more than this one

However this has more pins, so how would i wire it up? One to gnd and 5v but what about the other two? Also how might the code change?

Look i am super new to this. So besides the ground and power what pins should the send and receive go to? Where as the other one i was looking at goes through one pin.

Oh i think i got it! So in the setup just make one input and one output each to there own pins. Other than that the code would be the same.
