I can't get the 3D printer kit to work with GRBL, help me

I have a basic 3D printer kit purchased on Aliexpress, each item was purchased separately, I follow all the software and hardware installation procedures but I can't get it to work, I would like help to understand why it is not working.

The items I am using are:

Arduino Uno with GRBL v1.1 and Universal G-Code Sender v2.1.9

CNC Shield V3 and A4988 Driver (Vref 1.1v)

DC 9v 1200mA power supply

Please, please do do that ! Tell what is not working and tell us what is working. We cannot see far enough to tell that ourselves.

The power supply current capability looks way too low. How is the pen handling done? Likely current is used there.
