I checked the status page which shows that Arduino cloud is fully operational today and indeed it is as I could still use Arduino cloud with other account. However, with the account that I have purchased a one month plan for around 7 dollars, I could not use Arduino cloud. Please help me resolve this problem as I need it urgently for my school project
Hi @multidisciplinarygroup4, we released some fixes today which could resolve problems leading to that error page. Can you test again (and eventually clear your browser cache if the error persists) and let me know?
