I need to know about how to control Satellite Dish actuator(motor)
starting with the things that I need, how to connect and a how to code such a thing using two buttons.
so please help if you have any information.
Firstly we need to know what this thing is. Model number, datasheet, etc etc.

In simple terms you need to control a dc motor from 24v to 36v dc, from 1.5 up to 5 amp. ( as it was reported, you need to know your motor specs )
You need a driver that could handle with this values.
Most of the motors, ( 24v-36v dc, can be from 1.5 to 5amp, actuator ) and have build in sensors: encoders, and limiter position with internal switch.
Internal pictures of your motor could help.
