Which version of the IDE? There is a bug in IDE 2.x that would result in that but you posted in the IDE 1.x category on the forum.

Please enable verbose output during upload and verify code after upload; disable verbose output during compilation. All this under file/preferences.

How do you determine the code is not uploaded? Explain what you observe and what you expect.
