You should to read the forum guidelines before posting to the forum. Your first posting attempt is violate a several forum rules:
- do not post the screenshots! Post code and error messages as text using the code tags

please, please never ever again post pictures of text... Not only they are not readable nor usable directly for copy&paste but they use up lots of storage and internet bandwidth which contributes to polluting the planet.

this is not a Installation & Troubleshooting issue either. So I moved your post to a better place. Please edit the post as well to ask a question (explain what your code does and what you would want it to do)
if this is a "can't upload" question, then make sure you picked the right board and the right serial port and that you have the right driver for your board.
Looks like you're using Linux. Did you add yourself to the dialout group?
Is /dev/ttyS4 indeed you Uno? Does it disappear when you disconnect the board?
