I want to use the Arduino hardware to work with a cam with built in microphone. But I do not know what the hardware should I use a webcam and neither do you advise me to be more reliable with a microphone to output image and sound?
in my project prentendo connect the hardware to the internet so that you see in a browser or via a tv led by wireless
Did I can give a little help, try to get to do this?

If you're expecting your arduino to be able to process the video signal you'll be sadly disappointed. It has neither the speed or the memory to cope with such a task. I suggest you look at the raspberry pi

I think you have a misguided sense of what a microphone does. Perhaps you need a speaker to collect video data and a LCD to collect audio data.
