Icsp with Arduino keyboard shield

Greetings
I am using a shield on my MEGA but need to use ICSP.
There is another ICSP set of pins in the upper left side, by the Pot. Can I use this set versus the one in the middle of the shield? And, if so, what is the pin layout?

No, that set is for the ATmega16u2 doing the serial-USB conversion.

But a keyboard doesn't sound like it should interfer with ICSP. Can you post a schematic of your circuit and of the shield (or at least a link to it)?

I guess OP's problem is that the shield covers the pins.
