IDE Freezes on Save (Ubuntu 12.04 64-bit)

Hi everyone. I am having a weird issue. I can run IDE and even upload to my Arduino Uno, but when I go to save the sketch it freezes. Here is a screenshot:

I have tried installing the IDE through Synaptic and also just by downloading and running it through the terminal. I have tried sudo ./arduino in the terminal and it doesnt change anything.

Here are my current versions:

Ubuntu 12.04 64 Bit
Ardunio 1.0.4 - 64 Bit
openjdk-6-jre
gcc-avr
avr-libc

Thoughts?

I figured it out. I feel dumb, but it was something simple. The save window popped up in another workspace window.
