I tried to launch Arduino IDE 2.3.4 on Windows 11 but its stuck on the loading screen. Does anybody know how to fix this?

well its just the logo pulsating, if you search on google images "arduino ide stuck on loading screen" its the first result
You probably have a serial monitor open someplace, close ALL other Arduino instances.
no its the first time i even downloaded the app, i restarted multiple times

i already seen post #4, i litterly replied to that
The first start up has to pull in a lot of stuff from the internet, let it sit for 15 to 30 mins.
